Koroma Joins Spireites On Loan

Chesterfield have announced the signing of Josh Koroma on a season-long loan deal from League One outfit Leyton Orient.
Koroma is a 27 year-old forward who scored three goals in 38 competitive appearances for the O's last season. From 2019 to 2025, he played for Huddersfield Town and made 168 competitive appearances in which he scored 35 goals. Koroma has also made two appearances for Sierra Leone at senior international level.
The forward joins George McEachran, Jack Simpson, Junior Eccleston, Alfie Pond and Ruel Sotiriou in Chesterfield's list of summer signings so far ahead of the 2026/27 season.
