Chesterfield travel to Oldham Athletic at the weekend searching for their first win since 22nd August. The Spireites are without a win in three games after a loss at Rotherham United, followed by two draws at the SMH Group Stadium against Gillingham and Barnet.
Chesterfield appear to have finally found their shooting boots with five goals over the past three matches, although the holes in defence still appear. Louie Marsh bagged a brace on his first start for the club last weekend and became the first Chesterfield player to do this since Andy Scott (also on loan from Sheffield United) against York City in 1996.
